How do I need to access the pdf based e-Manuals?

To access our downloadable pdf based e-manuals, log in to the e-Learning Center, click the ‘Exam’ button and select e-Manual.  A new page will launch with your manual.  This link is accessible on a variety of devices including pc’s, tablets and smartphones.

This link expires after a period of time.  To access your e-Manual again, you will need to log back in to the e-Learning Center.

How do I access my online account?

Within 48 business hours after confirmation of your online review course order, ALL 10 will provide you with your login username and password to gain access to the material on their website. This information will be sent via email to the address provided on your order, so please check junk/spam/bulk folders for this information in the event that it may be misfiled.

Will I have a problem viewing the videos?

All 10 is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. All 10 collects information from our users at several different points in our website.


In order to use various features of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give his/her contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site.


We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill a customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.


A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive and contains information about the user.
